Account Executive – Water Logic Division

Join Tri-Copy as Sales Account Executive for our Water Logic Division and be at the forefront of our expansion in the Atlanta Metro Area.  Our purpose is to impact people’s lives and improve the earth by helping to eliminate the 500 million plastic bottles consumed each year. We play a front-line role in the battle against single-use plastic water bottles by delivering on-demand filtered water solutions that are healthy and environmentally conscious to customers across Georgia. Tri-Copy’s bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers purify the existing water supply, providing an endless supply of clean water and water-based beverages for a fixed monthly fee, typically under a long term bundled service and rental subscription agreement.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead Tri-Copy’s growth journey. We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by results.

Your mission? To cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to our valued customers. Through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach, you'll be the face of Tri-Copy in the field.  To accelerate your success, you will have direct access to our clients who trust us for other services utilizing a cross-selling opportunity, so you will not experience “cold” calling, but can “warm” call to over 2,000 businesses who have already done business with Tri-Copy.

First year On Target Earnings $80,000 - $110,000 (Base + Commission)

Requirements

  • Drive rapid growth by generating sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with current customers
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity
  • Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense account reports
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications

  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections
  • Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations
  • Prior field sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system
